Who this is
This policy covers martinlewisknowles.com, run by Martin Lewis Knowles trading as MLK Consulting Ltd ("MLK", "we", "us"). Martin Lewis Knowles is the data controller for anything collected through this site.
What we collect
The self-assessment tools on this site (currently the TTI Diagnostic Preview, the TTI Full Assessment, and the Jungian Type assessment, with more planned) ask for your name, email address, company, and job title before showing you a fuller version of your result, plus your answers to the assessment itself.
If you book a call, that goes through Notion Calendar (calendar.notion.so) — a separate service with its own privacy notice, not something this policy controls.
If you subscribe to the newsletter, that's handled by Beehiiv on its own domain — again, its own privacy notice applies there, not this one.
Why we collect it
Submitting one of the assessment forms processes your details so we can send you the fuller result or guide you asked for, and so Martin Lewis Knowles can follow up if it looks like a genuine fit for advisory work — this is done on the basis that it's necessary to fulfil the request you've just made.
Anything beyond that — occasional talent intelligence content, updates, or insights — only happens if you've explicitly ticked the marketing consent box on the form. That's a separate, optional choice, and you can withdraw it at any time by emailing martin@martinlewisknowles.com.
How it's stored
Assessment submissions are stored in Supabase, hosted in the EU (Ireland). The form on this site can only add new entries — it has no ability to read back, edit, or delete existing data, so nobody browsing this site can see what anyone else has submitted.
Access to the underlying data is limited to Martin Lewis Knowles.
Who it's shared with
Nobody. Your details aren't sold, rented, or shared with third-party marketing or advertising platforms. If that ever changes — for example, if a CRM or email tool is added to the process — this page will be updated to say so before it happens.
How long we keep it
Assessment submissions are kept while they're relevant to a possible engagement, or until you ask for them to be deleted — whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask to see what's held about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, or withdraw marketing consent at any time — email martin@martinlewisknowles.com and Martin Lewis Knowles will action it directly. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you think your data hasn't been handled properly.
Cookies & tracking
This site doesn't use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. Nothing on this site tracks you across other websites.
Changes to this policy
This page may be updated as the site's tools evolve — the date at the top will always reflect the latest version.
